Apply for the 2025 KCF Grant Application

To apply for a grant with the Kitimat Community Foundation, complete and submit a Grant Application by January 31, 2025. The funds to be distributed from the 45th Annual Telethon will be determined based on assessing grant applications and needs in our community and the amount of money the Foundation raised in the previous year.

Organizations that received funding at the beginning of 2024 must file an expenditure report by January 31st, 2025. The expense report must be provided before or with the 2025 grant application.

Applicants will be notified in writing, no later than March 14, 2025, whether their application was successful or denied.

The Grant Application 2025 Package includes:

• Grant Application Guidelines: summary of the application criteria. Visit our application criteria page for more information on applying.
• Grant  Application Form: please submit the official application form as provided.  If required, additional information may be provided on a separate paper attached to the application.
• Grant Application Expenditure Report: 2024 Recipients must submit the final expensed fund using this new form.
